Mohammed Qasim received the B.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering & Education and M.Sc. degrees in Engineering Educational Technology/Electrical Engineering from Technological Education Department in 1996 and 2005, respectively, University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq.
