A Scientific Visit to Al-Dora Power Station

The Branch of Energy and Renewable Energies Engineering in the Department of Electromechanical Engineering organized a scientific visit to Al-Dora thermoelectrical plant for third-year students. The visit was held under the supervision of Professor Ali Abdel Wahab Ismail and Engineer Hoda.

The visit aimed to teach the student about power station working principles and to let them view their sites. Such activities would contribute to a better understanding of theoretical and scientific principles when every related part is pointed out within a natural system and functionally explained.

The visitors concluded their thanks and appreciation to the staff of Al-Dora station for their warm reception, explanations, and cooperation with the department’s students.
